YOGATHY CLASS (NOV 29 – 13)

breatheFRIDAY NOVEMBER 29 / SO YOU THINK YOU ARE BREATHING – MAYA / 9:00 >10:30 AM

One of the most peculiarly interesting in the universe of Yoga is the Science of Brain Breathing known as Swara Yoga.

This ancient practice is not very common in our modern world yet it is one of the major inner journeying to health, however defined (physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically…). In many mystical practices, we are guided back to the breath and sometimes, if not always, we don’t know why. From my experience, when I am going through hard times in my journeying, I go back to my breath and suddenly a voice echoes: It’s All Love!

Now to entertain our minds, here’s a small brief of what we will explore together in this session; The sensory organ defined by “nose” is the smell brain that works as a gateway to the inner world. The dualistic activation of the nostrils project the duality of the brain hemispheres and the manifestation is through action; Be it physical, mental or spiritual. When we can investigate what we are going through by simply noticing the breath (right nostril, left nostril and/or both nostrils), we become more aware before we act, we can learn to observe any fluctuation and allow this vibration in our daily life without labeling but rather with simply being.

May the sun bring you new energy by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night,
May the rain wash away your worries,
May the breeze blow new strength into your being,
May you walk gently through the world and know its beauty all the days of your life.
