Dear little yoga monkeys,
I could not be more excited to celebrate with all of you for what promises to be one of the most epic yoga throw-downs of the summer season.
Together with the BRAVE HEART FUND, (http://www.braveheartfund.org/braveheartfund/) we came up with this idea to gather all of the yoga community in Lebanon under one sky, so we can all offer our efforts, intentions and hearts to those less fortunate and in dire need of some sweet loving. Your active participation will help raise funds to the benefit of underprivileged children born with congenital heart disease. A project crowd funded by the people for the people.
If you are ready to ignite yourself in a beautiful setting, raise your vibration alongside many many more like minded people and spread seeds of pure goodness, join me for a heart opening two hour Yoga class, on Sunday June 23rd at the shakti charged AUB GREEN FIELD .
It all starts at 10:00 am.
